Is the preview really free?
Yes. The private homepage preview for website design has no charge and no obligation. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us. You can ask what we’d change, or say no thanks: we delete the preview and won’t contact you again.
Do I need to send anything first?
No. We start from what’s already public about your business. If you’d like us to use particular photos or wording, send them over.
Who can see my preview?
Only people you share the private link with. It’s hidden from search engines and clearly marked as a concept.
Can I ask for changes after launch?
Yes. Essentials care includes one small edit a month. Larger changes are quoted first.
