Is the preview really free?
Yes. The initial homepage concept has no charge or obligation. If you proceed, Essentials costs £249 to build and launch, then £29 per month or £290 per year paid upfront for website care. Annual care saves £58 compared with 12 monthly payments; the first year totals £539 including setup.
Can I pay for website care annually?
Yes. Essentials care is £29/month or £290/year paid upfront. Annual payment saves £58 and includes the same hosting, monitoring and one small monthly edit. The £249 setup fee is separate, so your first year totals £539 with annual care. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms are agreed before payment.
What isn’t included in the price?
Your domain name, third-party subscriptions or paid tools, and any advertising spend. We’ll tell you about anything like this before you agree the scope.
Can you guarantee more leads or a Google ranking?
No. We design around clear services, mobile usability and enquiry paths, and follow technical SEO good practice. Traffic, rankings and sales depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
Do you work with my type of business?
We welcome UK businesses across industries. Essentials suits straightforward service websites. Shops, regulated advice, complex bookings and custom software need a separate assessment.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain stays yours. Hosting cessation, notice and any website transfer are set out in the agreement before you pay. Cancellation terms are still being finalised for this launch.
